Using V4 Licence Without Handheld

Hi

I had to rebuild my system recently and have now re-installed Bonsai v4. I have a licence for the desktop + handheld version. However, my Palm died a little while ago, but I would like to continue using just the desktop part of Bonsai. However, when I enter my licence key it says that I need to select a Palm user profile... thing is I have neither a Palm nor the Palm software installed any longer.

Is it possible to use my licence for just the desktop part? I would have thought my licence, covering both desktop and handheld, would enable me to use just the desktop if I wanted to?

Mike, simply send an email to support [at] natara.com to request a Bonsai 4 desktop license. Please include some information about your Palm OS license (one of order number, registration number or email address used at time of purchase) so we can verify your license.
