Many people are using printed outlines while waiting for Bonsai to appear on a new platform; it would be great to have more options for printing. E.g., most needed: an option to decide whether to print notes for each individual item, instead of the global "print notes" option. Some of my notes are extremely long and not essential to the task at hand, others are short and crucial when I'm at the hardware store.

I'd love more choices of font styles and sizes within the outline -- could we at least have bold and italic? It would give the outlines a more lively, jumbled look, which I love. Years ago I used to keep notebooks with numerous different colored pens and pencils. It was fun, and it also helped me to differentiate items quickly -- so it's functional as well.

More print layout options: I would love to print items double or triple spaced, so I have room to scribble info below an item. I now have my margins set very wide to give me room to write on the printed page, and numerous crisscrossing arrows pointing to relevant items. At least I get to use colored pencils again!

Any other print options that people need? Are any of these doable within the limitations of the platforms?
