Registration Problem After Centro Replacement

I keep getting an error message that Bonsai is not registered after I synchronize my new replacement Centro with my computer. My computer is using Bonsai desktop ver 5.0.3. Bonsai on my Palm Centro is ver 4.2.7 The registration numbers are different. If I try to make them the same, I get more error messages. If I put regist # from the computer onto the Centro it says it doesn't match my name (which btw I have never changed). If I put the regist # from the Centro into the computer, it says it is an older regist # and won't accept it. How can I get this message to stop appearing? I didn't have this problem before I got my replacement Centro.

You should have Bonsai v5.0.3 installed on both your PC and your Centro. Run the Bonsai 5.0.3 setup again on the PC to install Bonsai on the Centro and be sure to select the correct HotSync user during the install. After the install finished, HotSync to install Bonsai 5.0.3 to the Centro.
