Hi All:

I'm running bonsai on my laptop, as well as having a copy on my USB thumb drive. I'd like to keep my Projects outline on my thumb drive to update at work, while keeping a version on my laptop as well as my palm. I can synchronize USB <-> laptop well enough, and I can synchronize Laptop <-> palm just fine. However, it seems that having the thumb drive plugged in when I sync Laptop <-> Palm doesn't update the Palm. Am I doing something wrong here?

The Bonsai setup should be able to sync the outlines as you described, however it might not be as automatic as you would like. In this example, are you expecting a change on an outline on the USB drive to be synced to the laptop and the Palm during a Hotsync? The only time the USB to laptop sync occurs is when it is initiated by the Bonsai application. Therefore, when you Hotsync, you should see any changes from the laptop synced to the Palm. Changes from the USB will not sync until initiated from the Bonsai application. Once that occurs, the next Hotsync should sync those changes to the Palm.
