When using multiple categories in a filter, these are merged to single one on the mobile device.

Is it possible to fix this issue fast?
I can't use any outline with such a filter on my mobile without corrupting it. This make Bonsai nearly unusable for me :-(

What is the state of filter support on the latest beta? I was really looking forward to the use of Bonsai on my new HTC Tilt (running Windows Mobile). Scanning through the locked topic at the top of this discussion, it appears that filters are fully supported, but they were really acting strangely for me.

I do not use a very complex filter; it has multiple categories and includes incompletes. But my category selections didn't seem to "stick". So I never saw the effect of them on the displayed items in the outline.

Sadly, that got me looking again at other outline software out there, but I *really* would hate to give up on Bonsai. It is certainly causing me to put off registering the WM version (I have been a registered Palm and Desktop user for years; just FYI).

So far, I am not able to reproduce the categories being merged to a single line. I saw a couple of problems. First the filter name is sometimes not being initialized when editing the filter on the handheld. Second, the categories settings for the filter are being initialized off by one (i.e. if you had categories of C1 and C2 and you created a filter showing only C1 categories, re-editing the filter would show C2 as being enabled rather than C1). I will look into these issues and will try to have an update sometime next week.

There is a new beta released today that resolves the issues I found with the filters. I was not able to reproduce the original problem that was reported. If you notice any issues with the filter functionality, please let me know.
