After transitioning to a Treo 800w from a 755p, I've felt handicapped in my task management until I found Bonsai.

I understand you are still working on the Links feature, by which I understand you can transfer items from a Bonsai outline to a to-do list, with assorted alarms and such available. Is this correct? Any estimate on when available?

Second, I'm interested in understanding how it will work. I use Notes Traveler (corporate standard) on my 800w, so instead of Outlook syncing with my phone, Traveler syncs with the same phone databases. Should the link feature work with my setup? I presume so, since as long as the feature gets onto the phone, it will propagate via the Traveler link (outside of ActiveSync) to my desktop Notes program.

I really like Bonsai on my 800w so far - it is great for having anywhere to refine plans or capture tasks to complete in an orderly, hierarchial manner.

Thanks, Russell

Thanks for the kind words about Bonsai. Sorry I do not have an estimate when the link feature will be added. Since it should work very similar to how Bonsai works on Palm OS devices, once the To-Do link is added, the sync component (Notes Traveler in your case) should be able to sync the To-Do to your desktop.
