My keywords are my contexts and when I filter by contexts, my completed actions that are check marked show up as well. How do i prevent them from showing up? It makes the interface fairly cluttered.

Ah, that's an easy one: edit your filter (on the palm or the desktop) and, in the "General" tab, choose Status: Incomplete. That way, anything which is checked off as complete gets filtered out.

The thing to remember is that all the criteria you choose when you set up a filter get added together (it an AND function, rather than an OR function).

Regards,
Stéphane

Oh, thanks a tonne! I wasn't sure what the difference between incomplete and in progress was. Always wondered whether the in progress strictly applied to tasks versus to dos.
