After a long period with no problem I've again experienced the issue where my keywords were deleted from Bonsai on the PC. I thought perhaps the newest version cured this problem but I think the reason I hadn't had the problem was because I've consistently been using a single outline. This single outline is set to sync with the WM device.

So, again, what's happening is that at some point during the sync process between the Windows PC and my Windows Mobile device the list of keywords (the lists that show up in the context menu when you right click on the keyword column of an item) are blanked out.

Yesterday, I opened some unused outlines on the PC while the WM device was still connected. I only viewed them briefly and then closed them again but had them open long enough to get a prompt from Bonsai about the outline existing in the My Documents folder and did I want to combine them. I responded in the manner it suggested for the outline being the same on both devices. Neither of the older outlines are set to be sync'd to the WM device so I'm not sure why it prompted me.

Then, later in the day I went to update some keywords in my main outline and discovered that the keyword list was cleared out.

Hope this helps to narrow down the problem....

So you know, I have seen your message and plan to investigate further. I'll let you know if I can find the source of the problem.
