Ability to Drag & Drop from MS Outlook (email or task). I'm pasting the description of how this feature is implemented in My Life Organized as an example, though I could live without the link back to the original item. Primarily looking for a quick way to create a Bonsai item from existing Outlook item.
From MLO website:
"Drag'n'Drop from MS Outlook to My Life Organized
You can drag'n'drop items like e-mails, tasks etc from MS Outlook to MLO tasks. The notes of the Outlook item are placed to MLO task notes together with additional parameters and link to the original item in Outlook. Multiple Outlook items could turn into multiple MLO tasks."

I would love that as well since I use Outlook and Bonsai together.
In the meantime, I wrote an AutoHotkey script (basically a macro) that will create an entry in Bonsai from an Outlook email or calendar item by hitting Ctrl-B. It pastes the title of the item as the line in the Bonsai outline and the contents of the item in the Bonsai notes for that line. The same script will take a item in the outline (e.g. one that I manually created) and create a calendar item. If you're interested, I can paste a copy of the script, which might work on your computer "out of the box."

Yes, please paste the copy of the script - will help tremendously. I love the idea of creating a calendar item from a bonsai item.

Er, you got that the wrong way round, LKent. Rfast's script will create a Bonsai item from a calendar item, not the other way around.
Anyway, a script to import Outlook emails and calendar items into Bonsai would be really useful, so I second LKent's interest. Any chance you could post it on the "Community Discussions" forum? That's where people tend to post scripts and such-like, so would make it easier to find in the future.
All the best,
Stéph
