Having sync problems so Icopied a couple of OTL's to the WM 6.1 device
When I try to open I get:
Unable to open outline. An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found. An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found. Line 1 Column 31.
Creating on WM and copying to PC - works OK.

More information.
I can now sync (almost) after I set up the User Name.
Now when I sync I immediately get the above message on the Device.
Forgot to mention that these Files were originally synced with Palm

Would you be able to send me an outline that has the problem? Also send one that is working.
Any chance these are older outlines created by Bonsai v3? If so, try opening, making a small change and then save the outline so the format will be updated to the current Bonsai outline format.
One other idea, what are the language settings on your PC and your Windows Mobile device?
