Hi,
I have been using Bonsai for my business for a long time and never had a problem until i upgraded to the latest version 4.2.7. When I access Bonsai through my treo it tries to load the outlines but after a few seconds it resets the treo. If I do a global search in the treo sometimes I can get into the outline but when I click on the home icon to see the other outlines it would reset the treo as well. I upgraded the Hotsync Manager to 7.0.2 and the Phone version to treo755p-1.07-spnt. Tried to reinstall the bonsai but still no luck. I use this software every day any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with Bonsai. It could be that there is a corrupt Bonsai file on your Treo. If you sync all of your outlines with your PC, you could uninstall Bonsai using the built-in Application launcher (3rd party tools may not delete all related databases) on the Palm device. The uninstall will remove all of the outlines and Bonsai preferences on the Palm. Reinstall Bonsai on the Treo and the sync will reload all of your outlines. That should resolve the crash you are seeing.

Thank you very much for your quick response. I did what you said and it worked with a little workaround. I had my Outlines saved on a memory card and when I uninstalled Bonsai through the Treo and reinstalled it I was still getting the soft resets. I used a program called Filz and looked through my memory card and deleted all the outlines from the memory card. I guess the built-in application launcher doesn't remove the outlines from the memory card. Once I did that and synced the phone everything worked. I just want to say as programmer myself (for over 20 years) I am very impressed with your product and now with your service. Thanks again. Matthew
