I have tried changing the categories on a couple of outlines from Unfiled to personal on the PPC, and they do not appear to stick. If I make the changes on the Desktop and sync, then the category changes are reflected.

Tried this again today 7/6/2009 and couldn't change the category on the PPC from Unfiled = I made another selection but it refuses to recognize the change

It's working for me. I had that problem with a previous version and I think they recommended removing the outline from the device and sync'ing on a new copy and then trying again.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I'm using the Bonsai 4.2.8 Beta - every new outline I create on the Ipaq starts off as Unfiled, and I cannot change any of those outline categories on the Ipaq. I have to go to Desktop to change the category then when it resyncs, it will be changed on the Handheld.

I moved the outlines to the My Documents folder on a storage card, instead of a different folder and I was able to change the category of the file on the PPC and it "stuck."
