Filter Lost After Sync

On occasion I have a filter being lost in the sync. I'm not sure why. If it helps, I have attached before and after files that show the filter "2" is gone. Note that these are not right before and right after, they are just snapshots I took at a random time before and after the sync. I also have deleted the tasks from each of them (because they are personal).

This is with 4.2.8.3102
