I just watched the video found at http://motionapps.blogspot.com/ and was so happy I almost started crying!!!! Do you think that the desktop will be able to sync with the Pre via Classic Mode?
Best Regards,
Dwight...

This is great news! Nice to see my favorite apps alive and kicking on the new OS.

DayNotez 3 was working under Classic in Trial mode. But, when the time came for me to enter the registration password I was out of luck. The problem is that the registration code and User did not match. It does not appear possible to enter the User name used on my legacy Palm OS device into Classic. I have written to MotionApps.
I do receive a message when I launch DayNotez that it is NOT Classic Certified.
MotionApps misleadingly indicate that DayNotez and Bonsai will run under Classic http://www.motionapps.com/classic/apps/cla...certified_apps/.

You will need to download the Classic Certified DayNotez for Palm from our web site so you will not see the not certified message.
If you have a different HotSync name on the Palm Pre, while it is best to configure the Pre with your original HotSync name (so you will not have a problem with other software licenses) you can request a new registration number from the Natara customer portal.

Does the Classic version of Daynotes fully sync with the Desktop? If it does, is the process described somewhere? I'm in the middle of a trial period for my Palm Pre. A fully functioning Daynotes is one of my few must have applications.

Has anyone had anymore success using Bonsai & Daynotz with the Palm Pre using the Classics application?
I'd be really appreciative to find out. I am holding off buying the Pre until I can get my top applications working on the Pre. I don't have time to learn new programs & re-enter data!!
Thanks!
Jenifer
