Hi
I've had an issue for a while where ToDo items that I'd checked off on the desktop would re-appear unchecked after a sync to the WM device but now I'm having a troubling new affect: items I didn't check off are being checked when other items are being unchecked.
I added a ToDo item 'vet appointment for monster' to the list on the desktop client and then connected the WM device. After the sync the vet appointment item was checked off and the item below it in the list (a test item: 'item one' with a sub item called 'sub item') was unchecked. The state of these items was the same on both the desktop and client.
I'm using build 3054 of the desktop client and 4.2.8.3102 on the client.
I'll email the sync trace for this outline to support at natara.
Thanks
John

Update: I've just realized that during that sync they keywords have been deleted from the PC client again. (I mentioned this here: http://www.natarasoftware.com/forums/index...showtopic=6775)
I've send the diagnostic log to the support email address.
Thanks.
John

John,
Sorry, but I still cannot track down the problem. Unfortunately the sync log you sent must be after the original "problem" sync since it the log shows both outlines containing the "vet appointment..." entry. I'll try to change the log feature so it will keep some history (maybe the last 10 syncs) so you will have some history to send me if this happens again.
Would you be able to send me you outline both from the PC and the handheld? If so, I would be willing to do some more testing and see if I can reproduce the problem myself.

Update: After checking your second log file you sent, I noticed it contains some additional details about the sync operations that might prove useful. I am investigating in more detail and will get back to you shortly.
