Insert the current date/time into a record in the WM handheld?

Is there any way to insert the current date or current date/time into a record in Windows Mobile? On Palm I used the OS shortcut, but I don't think WM has anything similar built in. If there's no way to do that, are there any plans to add such a feature?

Not currently supported but we will add this feature during the beta.
