With the new forum, it is easy to "jump" to the first new post in a running forum conversation/thread. If the thread has new messages posted in it since the last time you visited, it will have a special icon just before the thread title. Simply click on it an you'll get taken into the thread and positioned to the first "unread" message.

Here's a forum tip for those that are not already aware....
