This may be related to yurkennis' post regarding loss of note changes when switching between apps:
If I edit a note in a linked ToDo, then synch without doing any other edits to the linked ToDo, then the note changes are lost. If I also change something else about the linked ToDo (eg change the due date) then all the changes (including note changes) get synchronised OK.

Thanks for the report. I have a few questions:
So far I do not think I have been able to reproduce this. I did see one case where the note was not synced but that could have been operator error. After that, the note was synchronized each time to the desktop.
- Does this happen every time?
- Are you editing the note from Tasks or from the Bonsai app? If under Bonsai, are you using the notes dialog or the notes tab of the details dialog?
- Do you click OK to dismiss the dialog before Hotsyncing?
- Do you see this issue if the item is not linked to a ToDo?

- Does this happen every time? SE: Yes, as far as I can tell, although I haven't testd it that many times - I just avoid editing notes in the ToDo. Instead I work around by always jumping to the linked item in Bonsai and editing it there.
- Are you editing the note from Tasks or from the Bonsai app? If under Bonsai, are you using the notes dialog or the notes tab of the details dialog? SE: I'm editing the note in Tasks (sorry, forgot that ToDo is the name of the old version of the Palm app)
- Do you click OK to dismiss the dialog before Hotsyncing? SE: Yes
- Do you see this issue if the item is not linked to a ToDo? The problem is to do with editing the note in the linked ToDo, so is not relevant to items which aren't linked.

Thanks for clarifying. I was assuming the edit was from Bonsai. Unfortunately, I am still unable to reproduce this. What Palm device do you have?
I will update the problem report and hopefully the Palm developer will be able to reproduce this issue.

I'm using a T3.
You can't reproduce this, you say? Hmm. I also have another unresolved problem which nobody else is reporting - My ToDo links sometimes get duplicated (ie two seperate linked ToDos will have the same BZ tag, and tapping on either will jump to just one of the Bonsai items. I then have to delete the link for the other item and recreate it, so it gets a new link tag.) I've never been able to come up with a consistent way of making this happen, though.
