Greetings,

I am experimenting with various applications that run in portable mode. PStart for menu, portable Roboform, portable Clipmate, TypeItIn, EssentialPM for calendar and tasks that syncs with Palm, Bonsai for everything and it syncs to palm, portable Avant browser as well as portable Firefox, thunderbird email, etc... I'm still trying to decide on an RSS reader so if anyone has recommendations please share...

Anyway, an internet searching for portable applications or similar brings up references to most all of these, with the exception of the best, i.e. Bonsai. I does come up if you search for "portable outliner". Anyway, I was only wondering what would increase the exposure for Bonsai on search engines?

Would it help to post a copy for review on www.softpedia.com? Maybe releasing the 4.2.7 in final release and posting notices? Anything the user community can do to boost the exposure?

Just thinking in print here...

Dwight...

Dwight,

You may want to check out Chaos Software's Time and Chaos as an alternative to EssentialPM. It's a full featured contact manager which handles appointments, tasks, and memos. It's big brother, Intellect, includes an integrated email client. Chaos offers an uncrippled trial so you've nothing to lose. Oh yeah...it runs from a flash drive. i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

$45 for Time & Chaos...$59.95 for Intellect, and worth every penny. I've used it for years.
