I GUESS IT'S TIME FOR ME TO IDENTIFY & PURCHASE A TRUE BACK-UP UTILITY FOR MY PALM OS T3'S, BESIDES JUST USING THE PALM DESKTOP SOFTWARE (WHICH ISN'T TRUE BACKUP AS I UNDERSTAND IT). I'M LOOKING FOR AN "APP" THAT IS [IN PRIORITY ORDER] 1) FULLY FUNCTIONAL, 2) RELATIVELY SIMPLE TO USE, 3) COST-EFFECTIVE, 4) AND ANY OTHER GOOD THING! THIS QUESTION IS DIRECTED TO NATARA STAFF FIRST, BUT ANY REG. FORUM USER IS WELCOME TO POST AS WELL. THANKS.

For full backup to the desktop I think there really only is one good answer: BlueNomad's Backupbuddy.
BlueNomad also makes a "handheld" backup (to SD)

There are several good handheld backup solutions, and most are quite good. The one I personally use is Resco Backup from Resco.net. In the past I've also used BackupMan from Bitsandbolts. I've already mentioned the handheld version of BackupBuddy. Our friends over at TealPoint software also make a backup app.

I think that all of those mentioned above are commercial/shareware. There are probably some free alternatives (such as nvbackup) but I'm not familiar with those.

As I mention, I personally use a combination of BlueNomad's BackupBuddy (desktop) and Resco Backup (for backup to SD card)

I've used Tealpoint's TealBackup for years. Does a fine job and the support is as good as Natara's <G>.

I'd download a copy and give a complete run-through first.
