I was just wondering if Natara has an affiliates program for his great products. I'm a big fan of affiliates programs, because IMHO it's a great WIN-WIN situation:

- Natara has the advantage that his own clients advertise the programs with the convincing arguments which only the satisfied and entusiastic users has

- the user has the possibility to gain a few bucks

For example I'm an absolute fan of both the handheld and the desktop Bonsai applications and I recomend it every time somebody asks me fot software for GTD.

So, does Natara actually have an affiliates program ?

If not, why not set up one ?
It's easy, for example with Paydotcom (it's an affiliate link too), and fast.

But don't you think it would be a good idea to start one ?

Wich testimonials are better, then satisfied customers ?

Thinking about it, I have to admit that you are right.

I came up with the idea, because Bonsai is one of the few products which I really feel comfortable to advise.

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with some compensation for referrals. At the same time, as a user, I take referrals more seriously when I know there is no external motivation. At the same time, at $DAYJOB we hunt down positive referrals and toss them a bone (or have in the past, anyway)

(We also offer an actual reseller program, but that requires the reseller to handle support. Not feasible for Natara, nor am I suggesting it)

Myself, I'm a happy Natara user and responsible for several other sales (at least if you trust people that say they are buying after a positive review) -- My reward is Natara's continued financial success and future products.

I like the arrangement, keeps me honest.
