We (Natara) use Skype as our phone provider. It is very cost effective for both us and those calling us (especially if the caller uses Skype to Skype to contact us). Unfortunately, Skype has been experiencing some major problems in the last 24-48 hours (worldwide), making it difficult for us to receive calls. If you've tried to reach us in that time period, please try back again later. Skype says they are working on the problem.
