I am not sure where to post, so I will probably multi-post this question several places. Because of work travel, I am going to have to give up my Treo for a good long while. I plan to get a TX and a blue tooth phone and try to at least keep the phone books in sync. Does anyone have experience with both devices? I am trying to find out the difference in how the 5-way pads work, in Bonsai in particular, but any general comments would also be welcomed.

Also, any comments on the TX's stability and any other issues would also be most welcomed. Although I am not looking forward to losing the all-in-one that the Treo has become and also I am not looking forward to losing the key pad which I have come to really appreciate, but I am looking forward to gaining the additional screen space.

Thanks,
Dwight...

Hello Dwight,

A man after my own heart. I would check out my blog if you haven't
I currently have the same combination you do. I have a TX and a
Bluetooth enabled phone.

On my site I show how you can use the TX to make phone calls
and use it for visual voicemail. There are a lot of advantages to
the screen.

My friend and co worker who has a Treo 700P even envies my screen.

If you haven't seen my GTD Bonsai Template on there you can add that
to the list of reasons why Palm should be creating a TX2 type device.

I look forward to the posts of other PDA / Cell phone combo users.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Thanks for the info. I often troll around on your site and blog. Your reviews of software and hacks provide great information. Where can I get a copy of the latest version of your GTD template?

Thanks,
Dwight...
