Is there a filter or some query that allows me to see my Next Actions across outlines?

For example:
Project A is one outline
Project B is a second outline
Project C is a third outline

I would like to:
1. have each outline be a 'Parent of Next Action Items' in the way an outline entry can be
2. have a consolidated view of the Next Actions for Project A, B, C
I realize that I could accomplish this goal if I put Projects A, B, C as headings inside one outline. However, I don't want one big outline and it contradicts Bonsai's feature that I can manage multiple outlines.

Can 1 & 2 be done with Project A, B, C as separate outlines?

Thanks

No, Bonsai only operates on one outline at a time.

The only command that operates on multiple outlines is the Palm Global Find.
