Just as a type of trial, we've installed Skype on one of our machines and put a link to our connection on the Natara Home Page. We'll give it a short go to see how well it works out.

For those that don't know what Skype is, it is a Voice Over IP (VOIP) application that allows you to more or less make (free) phone calls using your computer internet connection, speaker, and microphone. Skype was actually written by the same people who wrote KaZZa.

So, if you have a support qestion that might better be handled by talking directly to us, and you don't want to drop a dime on a "real" phone call, give Skype a try. Will try to remember to have it connected durring out normal working hours (actually, whenever I'm here).
