Status bar should change

I like the ability to change the sync status from app but I noticed that if you change the status for a currently open outline, the status bar does not change until you close and open the outline again.

Not a big deal for most of us but I am sure this will confuse a couple of people.

Something must have broken, that used to behave properly. Thanks for the report.
