I would like to see the option to delete selected calls both in the desktop and handhelp applications. Right now you can only delete calls - one at a time - from the handheld. You cannot delete calls at all from the desktop. For those of us tracking our calls for business purposes the ability to delete wrong numbers, personal calls, and "non-billable"calls would be a very nice feature.

Treo 680 Crash canceling SMS

I've been trying Comet again on my Treo 680. This time I'm seeing a benefit of its features and integration with Daynotez. Last night I was testing some more features and experienced some repeated crashes.

The following is the crash log and my notes from the Palm program "Crash." BTW, I've had Crash for a number of years and can not figure out why the program listed as crashing can change without a change in what I'm doing to create the crash.

Has anyone else had problems with the Treo 680 and SMS?

Description: Crash on 3 Dec 2007 9:17 pm
Crash was caused by NataraComet 2.2.1, with error "Fatal Exception"
My notes: Selected call to Reentz, then selected Comet's SMS button. Got to SMS screen, chose cancel, then no to save.

More detailed call totals

I'm in the market for an app that can generate some useful call totals from my Treo's call database.

I exported Comet's history into CSV and imported into a spreadsheet and with a bit of juggling I was able to get within 2 minutes of my cellular bill, so I believe this data is accurate enough to be useful.

While there are third party programs that do the same, I'd rather use Comet's Call Totals, I just need a bit more detail (And I'd happily pay the additional $20 that other apps want for this functionality -- I realize $20 won't exactly cover the development costs, but I could see this feature alone being a selling point to those that don't log their calls)

I'd be especially interested in the following details:

Peak Inbound minutes
Peak Outbound minutes
Non-peak Inbound minutes
Non-peak Outbound minutes

I could see the same being useful for roaming vs not-roaming, although I personally don't roam (I have a different SIM card when I'm traveling outside of my carrier's coverage area)

We're already close to this being possible on the Comet Palm app, all I'd really need would be support for peak vs non-peak calls similar to the desktop, and a couple more totals in the "Call Totals" dialog to represent peak vs non-peak.

On the desktop side, I can get one at a time using filters, but I'd like a faster report (the idea being something I can glance at to guesstimate my bill, and to compare usage across different months)

Honestly, while I'd love to see this on both the Palm and Desktop, I'd be quite happy to have the information available on either.

Thanks for all your time and efforts on Comet, and happy holidays (including a belated Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and whatever other culturally appropriate greetings should be included)
